What we ask for
An address that a truck can find.
| Label | Your name for it — “Gerehu site”, “Head office” |
| Section & Lot / street | Section, allotment and street where we can find you |
| Suburb | Used to work out the delivery zone |
| Province | Inside NCD, delivery is arranged with your order. Outside NCD, your nearest branch quotes freight options. |
| Site contact and phone | Who the driver calls on arrival — +675 |
| Access notes | Gate, hours, forklift on site, anything the driver needs to know |
Heavy items need someone on site to help unload. If your order is over the two-person lift threshold we will tell you before delivery.
