There is no product recall current for anything BNBM PNG Limited sells. When a supplier or a regulator issues a recall that affects a product in our range, we publish it on this page and our branches contact affected customers where we can identify them.

Reporting a safety problem
Tell us if something we sold you is unsafe.
If a product you bought from us has a safety fault — not just a warranty fault — please tell the branch you bought it from, or contact our head office. We pass safety reports to the supplier and, where required, to the regulator.
