Frequently asked questions
We are here to help.
Cannot find what you need? Call your nearest branch — every branch and its contact details are listed on our Branches page.
How do I find my nearest branch?
Use Find a branch — every branch page lists its address, phone and email. We have 12 Hardware and Home Centre branches in ten locations, plus 13 Challengar digital stores.
Do you deliver?
Delivery is available from every BNBM branch. Within the National Capital District, delivery can be arranged with your order. For locations outside NCD, contact your nearest branch for freight options. See Services & delivery.
Can I check whether an item is in stock?
Stock is held branch by branch and changes daily, so please call the branch directly. The phone number for every branch is on Our Branches.
How much does something cost?
Prices are set at branch level and change over time, so we do not publish them here. Please call or visit your nearest branch for current pricing.
What warranty support do you offer?
Our service centres provide warranty and repair support for eligible products purchased through BNBM, giving you convenient local after-sales assistance. Bring the item and your proof of purchase to any branch.
Do you supply builders and contractors?
Yes. We supply local contractors, government projects and retail customers. For bulk supply, project orders or a trade enquiry, contact your nearest branch or our head office — see Contact us.
Which brands do you carry?
More than thirty brands across building, home, appliance and digital — many distributed in Papua New Guinea by BNBM PNG Ltd. See Brands we carry.
Where can I see your latest promotions?
Our current promotions are posted on our Facebook page and shown on our News & promotions page.
