Account security

Password (optional)

At least 10 characters. We will never phone or email you asking for it. Saving asks for an emailed code first, and signs out every other device.

Signed-in devices

A sign-in lasts 30 days on each device. If you used a shared computer, sign everything else out here.

Delete your account

This removes your name, phone number, company, sign-in email and password from our records, deletes your saved enquiry list and your product reviews, and signs you out on every device. It cannot be undone.

We email you a code first, to make sure it is really you. Enquiries you have already sent stay with the branch as business records — what is deleted and what is kept.

Two-factor authentication

Planned for trade accounts that can order on credit — whoever holds the account is responsible for every order placed on it.
